Many supervisors today have an increasingly complex role to play. They are accountable to multiple tensions - on the one hand, they are supervisors and provide the link with the managers and senior administration. On the other hand they are an integral part of the workforce and are expected to offer effective leadership in this capacity.
This 2-day workshop recognizes the complexity of these roles and focuses on the skills that will help supervisors cope with their diverse expectation and contribute to their effectiveness.

YOUR EXPERT COURSE LEADER Michael P A Tan has more than 20 years working experience in Administration and Human Resource & Development, and Training Consultancy. He specializes in soft skills programs such as Transactional Analysis Techniques, Leadership Skills, Managing Change, Conflict Resolution, Coaching, Mentoring & Facilitation Skills, Interpersonal Skills and other Personal Enrichment and Organizational Development courses. Michael is an external trainer to a number of training institutions like the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) and SIM University (UniSIM). He is also a Local Tutor for the Adult Learning module of the University of Sheffield's Master of Education course. His ever-growing client list includes multi-national companies, manufacturing and service industries and statutory boards of Singapore and Malaysia.
