YOUR EXPERT COURSE LEADER

Arul John Peter has been a trainer/facilitator for the past 18 years. During his tenure with the International Trade Secretariat in Geneva, he was conducting training workshops throughout Asia-Pacific region in countries including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Fiji, Australia, Philippines, Thailand and India.

John regularly conducts management seminars and workshops in the areas of Creativity & Innovation, Change Management, Personal Development Workshops, and Public Speaking Skills in Malaysia and Singapore.

His workshop titled 'Pit Stops - Management Lessons for Managers' uses the Formula 1TM Pit Stops to teach senior managers about creativity, innovation, teamwork, job redesign and change management.

John is involved in teaching/lecturing at University of Bradford (UK), Oklahoma City University (USA), Southern Cross University, and Edith Cowan University (Australia) programmes.

John holds an MBA and majored in strategic human resource management, from University of Southern Queensland, Australia. He also holds a Bachelor of Science as his basic degree and professional qualification in administrative and people management from the Institute of Administrative Management, United Kingdom. He is a member of American Creativity Association.
