Conflict is an inevitable part of any workplace setting. But too few leaders have the skills they need to resolve everyday on the job conflicts and transform the experience into a dynamic force for promoting Creativity. This workshop prepares participants to move from Conflict to Creativity in any situation - be it at meetings or leading a group of people.

 

METHODOLOGY

This is a highly interactive workshop with practice sessions at each step of the Conflict to Creativity process. Participants are expected to commit 100% engagement so as to maximize learning.

YOUR EXPERT COURSE LEADER 

Michael P A Tan has more than 20 years working experience in Administration and Human Resource & Development, and Training Consultancy.

He specializes in soft skills programs such as Transactional Analysis Techniques, Leadership Skills, Managing Change, Conflict Resolution, Coaching, Mentoring & Facilitation Skills, Interpersonal Skills and other Personal Enrichment and Organizational Development courses.

Michael is an external trainer to a number of training institutions like the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) and SIM University (UniSIM). He is also a Local Tutor for the Adult Learning module of the University of Sheffield's Master of Education course. His ever-growing client list includes multi-national companies, manufacturing and service industries and statutory boards of Singapore and Malaysia.

Michael holds a Master of Arts degree in Tertiary, Adult & Continuing Education, University of Hull, UK. His other qualifications include Training, Organization & Methods, Administrative Management and Transport.
