The world is changing at an unprecedented rate. Change has become essential to success for organizations.

 

The impact of change falls increasingly on the shoulder of frontline workers and supervisors/managers. New rules and new ideas calls for new skills and new learning. Supervisors and managers who can coach their employees effectively will ensure consistent high performers and retain their competitive edge.

 

This practical 2-day workshop begins with a buy in from the participants on the importance of coaching. It then builds a integrated model that introduces the key elements and skills. The rest of the workshop develops these elements and leads participants into the mastery of these skills.

 

From one to one coaching skills, the workshop will then lead on to coaching teams - a challenge which requires a mastery of  team communication process. The workshop then closes appropriately with challenges and practical steps for self-development.
