They can do programming problems, calculate a discounted rate of return, develop a sophisticated marketing plan and crunch numbers on a computer spreadsheet. Michael P A Tan has more than 20 years working experience in Administration and Human Resource & Development, and Training Consultancy.

He specializes in soft skills programs such as Transactional Analysis Techniques, Leadership Skills, Managing Change, Conflict Resolution, Coaching, Mentoring & Facilitation Skills, Interpersonal Skills and other Personal Enrichment and Organizational Development courses.

Michael is an external trainer to a number of training institutions like the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) and SIM University (UniSIM). He is also a Local Tutor for the Adult Learning module of the University of Sheffield's Master of Education course. His ever-growing client list includes multi-national companies, manufacturing and service industries and statutory boards of Singapore and Malaysia.
