This is a highly interactive workshop with practice sessions at each step of the Interpersonal Relationship process. Participants are expected to commit 100% engagement so as to maximize learning.

Michael P A Tan has more than 20 years working experience in Administration and Human Resource & Development, and Training Consultancy.

He specializes in soft skills programs such as Transactional Analysis Techniques, Leadership Skills, Managing Change, Conflict Resolution, Coaching, Mentoring & Facilitation Skills, Interpersonal Skills and other Personal Enrichment and Organizational Development courses.

Michael is an external trainer to a number of training institutions like the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) and SIM University (UniSIM). He is also a Local Tutor for the Adult Learning module of the University of Sheffield's Master of Education course. His ever-growing client list includes multi-national companies, manufacturing and service industries and statutory boards of Singapore and Malaysia.

Michael is also the Corporate Trainer of organizations like Singapore Airlines Group (SIA), General Electric (GE) Group, Centrepoint Properties, Singapore’s Ministry of Education, MINDEF, Chartered Semiconductors, UNITED PREMAS, SMRT, FRASER Service Apartments, Land Transport Authority of Singapore (LTA), Philips Electronics, Public Works Department and Motorola University-South Asia.

Michael holds a Master of Arts degree in Tertiary, Adult & Continuing Education, University of Hull, UK. His other qualifications include Training, Organization & Methods, Administrative Management and Transport.
