Registration is confirmed only upon
receipt of payment. Fee is payable in currency of venue.
Cancellations, Refunds and Transfer: A full and prompt refund will
be made for all cancellations
received in writing at least two weeks prior to the meeting. A 50%
refund with documentation will
be made for cancellations made in writing at least one week to meeting.
Naturally, a substitution
may be made at any time and at no extra cost.
